Refunds and cancellations

Last updated: October 22, 2026. The three currently available SellerFile Studio file utilities are free. There is no checkout, no recurring billing and no paid contract to cancel or refund. The planned prices shown on our pricing preview are not active offers.

Future paid services

Before we accept our first payment, we will publish the complete binding terms for the specific service, including exactly what is delivered, plan renewal terms, how to cancel, how a customer can request a refund, any eligibility or usage limits, and the payment provider's applicable consumer and business policies. The payment page will disclose charges before confirmation. We will not activate a paid plan until its advertised features work and the necessary merchant account has passed provider review.
